cyborgs

work on proress to be published at the end of next month...(exams in progress so is the delay)...................... just the expriment photo

this cyborg is an excitu cyborg here cocroch brain is used to control the robot
there are many reflexes in cocroch among i use pressure ,light, smell reflexes to contol the robot

coconut tree climber

Ask a 'doc' coconuts r good for all. But for a plucker it is a dangerous ride up there. Considering the amount of danger in coconut plucking(we have atleast one case in our casualty every time) i would like to introduce my new idea. a more safe, efficent plucker device.

Device (block diag)

it consists of mainly

gripper wheels ,

2 pistons ,

climbing wheel,

valve locking mechanism,

electric motor,

remote controlling device &

a frame.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
valve locking mechanism

the above diags are of the valve locking mechanism ,which actually helps in uni directional movement ie to upward direction.

"the real stuff"

Coconut climber& plucker
As introduction this project is simple and can be done by any0ne who has basic knowledge in electronics.can b easily assemble, and prevent the unnecessary labor cost of 10 Rs per coconut tree.the maximum cost of the project would be about 2000rs which would be of no cost when compared to its use.
This instrument needs
1) remote control circuit (better of remote control car -4 directions
50m range)
2) 10 m soldering wire
3) Aluminum frame(2m thinnest as available shape as indicated in diag )
4) Four tyres can be made by order with unidirectional ,lock for one tyre
(lock release by remote -causes device to come down under gravity)
5) One bp pressure cuff
6) Two 50 ml syringe,2 x 50 ml syringes
7) A wooden wheel of 3cm diameter
(nails spiked as in diag-climbing wheel)
8) Nails 10
9) Motor 12v dc (for climbing wheel-driver)
10) 12v battery 2to 3 amp(enough to support the motor for 10 minutes )

Procedure
First cut 3 aluminum frame 30cm x2,45cmx2 arrange in the form of ’H’ as in the diagram d1 ,
fix it using screws ,
the next step is to attach the wooden wheel with nails attached to it as in diagram d2 to the 12v motor ,
next is to attach the whole unit to aluminum frame by screws then ,
next is to make the unit-a piston unit consisting of bp cuff,50 m syringe ,convey pipe .
aluminum frame 25cmx 2 20cmx2. with an metal piece attached to it in a special shape as in d3.the syringe should be attached to the frame ,as in d4 in upper and lower bars .attach the ends of the piston to the v shaped steel structure in such a way that when piston is bow the v shaped steel pushes aluminum rod of 25 cm to the tree thus preventing the horizontal component of the weight, the wheels are attached to the 30 cm and 25 cm rod this results in cool upward motion the lock which is retractable prevents the down word motion the locks should be easily removable by a pulley attached or soon as in d5 attached to the tyre,

The remote control car circuit is dismantled , without any damage to motor attach the circuit to the motor in the suitable position .take the remote control is taken the ,anterior button is pressed note the direction of motion of the motor take a damaged starter break it destroy its bulb portion and take away the metal in the bulb attach the metal to the rotating ends of the motor & at forward and backward moving position attach a metal such that if motor turns foreword It should make a connection so as to make the central motor (the motor with nails attached to wooden block) to move forward, and if back vise versa, the right turn and left turn motor are used to 1)rt turn to make a circuit to move a piston ie 20ml syringe forward to push the upper right tyre as in a drum brake (system is complex it is deplected in dig d6

Battery this is an important component a the battery should have contact with central motor (ie motor with nails)when you push the forward button ,the circuit digram is deplected in dig d7
the folloing dig will help you to make the machine
